The application "FSSP of Russia: bailiffs" helps to timely find out about the debt of the FSSP and pay it. It is important not to hide from troubles, but to solve the problems that have arisen. The application allows you to get rid of debt without leaving your home.

The reasons for entering the bank of the Bailiff Service may be the following types of debts:

Any natural or legal person has the right to file a claim against the debtor in court. After the decision is made, the unpaid debt appears in the data bank of the FSSP of Russia.

• check the availability of debt in the data bank of enforcement proceedings of the FSSP of Russia;

• save the receipt for presentation in case of dispute;

• receive notification of new debt.

To find out information about debts, you must specify the data:

• FULL NAME

• date of birth

• region of registration

After you press the "Check" button, the information will appear on the screen of the device. You do not have to contact the Bailiffs Service in person and wait for an answer by phone for hours.

For payment, there is no need to contact the bank or bring a copy of the receipt to the bailiff. It is enough to have a smartphone and a bank card at hand. All information about debt repayment will automatically go to the FSSP and you will not have to additionally report it. Data on transactions performed in the application are transferred to the State Information System on State and Municipal Payments (GIS GMP). The payment operator is NPO "Moneta"

Also, all information will remain in your personal account, and at any time you can present a receipt. Thanks to the application, payment processing times are reduced. All transactions are safe for the payer, data is protected. When developing the application, the information security standard developed by the international payment systems Visa and MasterCard - (PCI DSS) was used. Bank card details cannot fall into the hands of fraudsters, this is excluded.

Information about the emergence of new debt

If a new FSSP debt is found, the application will notify the user. You can check the information at any time. All data is saved in the appropriate tabs.

For the convenience of the payer, personal data remains in the application's memory. You don't have to re-enter them every time. If you are looking for information on other individuals and legal entities, their full name or name will also remain in the application's memory. You can turn off notifications at will.
